Refund policy

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order and return any unused item within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You do not need to give a reason.

To start a return, email andrew.tungatt@live.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address, which may differ depending on the item.

• Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
• You pay the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• Once we receive the item, we refund the item price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
