Shipping policy

Where we deliver We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days and typically arrive within 2–5 working days of dispatch. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take longer.

Our products are sent directly from UK partner warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may arrive in separate parcels. You will receive tracking details by email when each item ships.

Delivery charges Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Problems with delivery If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email andrew.tungatt@live.com with your order number and we will investigate.
